Mission
Our mission is to enhance the learning experience at The University of North Carolina by supporting and maintaining innovative Technology Classrooms and working to ensure they are easy to use. We provide on-site and telephone support as well as technology demonstrations to aid faculty in integrating the newest technology into their lectures.

Hotline News
- We offer full classroom support from 7:30am to 5:00pm and limited support from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend classroom support is available by appointment only.
- Our office hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
