Service Description

The Classroom Hotline provides technical support to all General Purpose Classrooms (GPCs) scheduled by the University Registrar's Office. The Classroom Hotline designs, installs and maintains all technical and audio-visual equipment found in these classrooms. The group also provides hands-on training for faculty, staff and students using these rooms.

Rooms on campus that are not considered GPCs can engage in SLAs with the Classroom Hotline for a yearly fee for support.
